AP EAMCET 2026: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has now decided to close the Web Options Entry portal today i.e. September 12, 2026 for the AP EAMCET (EAPCET) Phase 3/Final Phase counselling for MPC stream candidates. Candidates aspiring for B.Tech/B.E. admissions through the Convenor quota are required to save their choice of colleges and branches combination through the official website portal (cap.apcfss.in) before the midnight deadline. The online verification process of certificates at Help Line Centres (HLCs) is also ending today. It is highly recommended that candidates should give maximum choices in the correct order of preference to improve their chances of admission.
APSCHE will provide an option to change the submitted choices on September 13, 2026. After the closing of the web options, APSCHE will declare the final Phase 3 seat allotment results online on September 16, 2026. Candidates having allotted seats need to undergo both the web reporting and physical reporting processes at the concerned college between September 16 to September 19, 2026, to ensure their admission. Non-reporting in the given window period shall result in the loss of the engineering seat allotted.

AP EAMCET 2026: Key Instructions for Candidates

Lock Your Choices: It is necessary for candidates to lock their choices in sequential order. Those choices that are locked before midnight are locked by the system automatically.
Option Change Window: For those candidates who want to change their preference order or colleges, there will be an option change window that will be available tomorrow i.e., September 13, 2026.
Seat Allocation: Seat allocation in Phase 3 will take place on September 16, 2026, and after this, it is compulsory for candidates to do self-reporting and college reporting on September 19, 2026.
