Eligibility Criteria for Data Entry Operator Post

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• 10+2 with 50% marks OR Graduation and ‘O’ Level or One year computer course OR  Three years Diploma in any stream/BCA/B .Sc. (Comp. Sc./ IT) OR 10th passed with 50% marks and Two years Diploma in Office Management and Computer Applications Or  Post Matric one year ITI course in stenography/NCVT in stenography with 60% marks.
• Should have Data Punching speed of 8000 key depressions per hour or 133 key depressions per minute

Selection Procedure for Data Entry Operator

Selection will be done on the basis of 2 parts:

• Written Test - There will be 30 multiple choice questions and 10 or more marks required to qualify 1st part. Those who qualify 1st part shall be allowed to appear in second part i.e. typing test. Time duration will be of 15 minutes for 1st part.
• Typing Test - The typing test will be of 5 minutes. There will be no re-test for second test.

The test will be held at Panchkula only. Date and time of the test shall be uploaded on official website after 20 March 2018

How to Apply for HATRON Data Entry Operator Jobs 2018

Eligible candidates can apply for maximum two Districts and have to fill separate application form along with separate Demand Draft for a particular District. The application along with other necessary documents should be addressed to "Hartron Bhawan, Bays No.73-76, Sector 2, Panchkula" latest by 14 March 2018.
