RRB NTPC UG Result 2026: Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have released the RRB NTPC UG Result 2026 for 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-1) along with the shortlisting list for 2nd Stage CBT for Non-Technical Popular Categories (Under Graduate) posts under CEN No. 07/2025. The result has been declared for all zones. CBT-1 was conducted from 7 to 9 May 2026 and 13 to 20 June 2026 for a total of 3058 Vacancies. Click on the NTPC (UG) CEN 07/2025 CBT 2 shortlisting notice link.
Open the PDF and use Ctrl+F to search for your roll number, or scroll through the list.
To check individual marks, log in separately using your Registration Number and Date of Birth (link active from 26 August 2026, 5:00 PM).
View your score, qualifying status, and attempted question paper with correct answers.
Download and save the result for future reference.

RRB NTPC Undergraduate CBT 2 Exam Date 2026
As per the official notice, RRB NTPC UG CBT 2 is tentatively scheduled for 17th September 2026. The Exam City and Date intimation link, along with the Travel Authority download for SC/ST candidates, will be active 10 days before the exam. E-Call letters can be downloaded 4 days before the exam date. Candidates must complete Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication at the exam centre.
RRB NTPC Undergraduate Cut Off 2026
RRBs have officially released RRB NTPC UG CBT 1 cut-off marks along with the result. This cutoff is prepared after the CBT 1 examination. RRB NTPC UG Selection Process 2026
The selection process for NTPC (Under Graduate) posts under CEN 07/2025 consists of the following stages:

Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) / Computer Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST) — as applicable for the post

Document Verification (DV)
Candidates are shortlisted for each subsequent stage based on their performance in the previous stage. Final selection for Document Verification will be based on combined performance in CBT-2 and CBAT/CBTST (wherever applicable). Merely being shortlisted for any stage does not guarantee selection or appointment in the Railways.

RRB NTPC UG Result 2026: What If Your Name Is Not in the Merit List?
Candidates whose roll numbers do not appear in the CBT 2 shortlisting list have not qualified for the next stage in this round. As per the official notice, the shortlisting is done purely on a merit basis, considering candidates’ order of preference for various posts. Such candidates can wait for the RRB’s official updates, as recruitment is fully computerised and based only on merit. Candidates should avoid any unauthorised sources or agents claiming to help with selection, as RRBs have clearly warned against such touts.
What Happens After RRB NTPC UG Result 2026
RRB will conduct the 2nd Stage CBT in the third week of September 2026 for all shortlisted candidates. The exam city intimation will be sent about 10 days before CBT 2 through the official website, SMS, or email. The e-call letter will be available for download 4 days before the exam date. For some posts, CBAT or CBTST will also be held, and Document Verification will be based on marks from both CBT 2 and CBAT/CBTST. This shortlisting is only provisional, and candidature can be cancelled at any time for wrong information. Being shortlisted for CBT 2 does not mean a confirmed job in Railways.
