Kurukshetra University Final Year Exam 2020: As per the latest update, Kurukshetra University is planning to hold the Final Year Exams 2020 for UG and PG courses from 10th Sept 2020 onwards. The varsity released a detailed notification confirming the examination dates for KU Final Year Exam 2020. As of now, the university has only published the start date for the Final Year Exams 2020 for the varsity. Exam To Be Held as Open Book Test
As per the information provided by sources close to the Kurukshetra University, the varsity is planning to hold the final year exams for university students in the form of an Open Book Test that can be taken by the students from home. The special exam mode is being tried out by the varsity in the light of Coronavirus pandemic considering the safety and health of the students.
As part of the Open Book Format Test, students will be provided two options to ensure that those without internet connectivity in rural areas are also able to appear for the exams easily. As per the details available right now, the varsity will upload question paper on its server and the students will have to download the same and submit the answer sheet within 24 hours. Alternatively, for rural areas, the university is planning to make collection centres for receiving answer sheets in state.
What Does the Notice Say?
To confirm the development, Kurukshetra University has released an official notification, which is also available on its official website. The notification reads “In continuation to this office Notification No. ACR-219(vi) 12017282-7362 dated 24.06-2020, it is notified that in compliance of the directions of the State Government circulated vide Endst No. KW 18179-2020 LINP(4) dated, 11.08.2020, the examinations of all UG/PG terminal semester/year of regular, DDE and private students will be held w.e.f. 10.09.2020.”
