How to Fill UP Police Constable OMR Sheet 2024: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment & Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has issued an important notice regarding the proper filling of the UP Police Constable OMR sheet, along with exam day guidelines and the exam pattern, on its official website. As per the notice, the written exam will be objective in nature and conducted in a pen-and-paper (OMR) format. The exam will consist of 150 objective-type questions, totalling 300 marks, with a duration of 2 hours. Aspirants who are going to participate in the UP Police Constable 2024 Exam must be familiar with the steps to fill out the OMR sheet correctly. Here are the detailed steps to fill UPP Constable answer sheet easily.
- Aspirants can use only black and blue ballpoint pens to fill the OMR sheet.
- There shall be four alternative answers for each question. Candidates should choose the answer which they consider correct. Choose only one answer for each question and fill in the answer (circle) accordingly in the OMR answer sheet.
- 2 marks are assigned for each correct answer. There is a provision for negative marking in the exam. For each incorrect answer or filling more than one option (circle) in the answer to any one question, that answer will be considered as a wrong answer and 0.5 mark of negative marking for each incorrect answer.
- To fill out the OMR answer sheet, for example, the method of filling/marking the exam centre code, roll number, and question booklet number in the prescribed format.
- There is no need to fill in the Question Booklet Series Code in the OMR answer sheet.
- Do not try to erase or refill the circles. More than one answer to a question will be considered a wrong answer.
- In the question paper, except for the General Hindi subject, all the questions of other subjects will be in English and Hindi language. In case of any doubt or confusion, the English version will prevail.

UP Police Constable Normalisation of Marks
As per the official notice, the written exam will be conducted in 10 shifts with different question papers on 23,24,25,30 and 31 August 2024.
