Garry Kenneth Toomey, CEO of Jet Airways was resigned

Garry Kenneth Toomey, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Jet Airways was resigned on 16 January 2014. Toomey succeeded Nikos Kardassis for a period of three years in June 2013.

image Jet’s Chief Financial Officer Ravishankar Gopalakrishnan will be the acting CEO of Jet airways until a new CEO is appointed by Jet Airways.
Prior to joining Jet Airways, Toomey was the CEO of Air New Zealand Group and CEO of Airlines PNG in Papua New Guinea.

Jet Airways is the India’s second largest domestic airline which sold 24 percent stake to the Eithad Airways of United Arab Emirates In November 2013.
