Bharti Enterprises announced organisational changes on 28 January 2014. The new structure will be effective from 1 April 2014. Bharti Airtel is the India's largest mobile phone operator and the world's fourth largest by subscribers.
Manoj Kohli has been appointed as MD of Bharti Enterprises of all non telecom businesses of the group retail insurance, food and agriculture, realty and other businesses of the group.
At present Manoj Kolil was MD &CEO (International) of Bharti Airtel.
Bharti Infratel
Akhil Gupta has been designated as chairman and vice chairman of Bharti Enterprises and will serve on Bharti boards.
DS Rawat has been appointed as MD and CEO of Bharti Infratel.
Gopal Vittal has been designed as MD& CEO of India and South Asia including Sri Lanka and Bangladesh
