DRDO Job Notification: Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has invited applications for the Research Associate (RA) posts. Interested candidates can apply for Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) Recruitment 2020 through the prescribed application format on or before 28 September 2020.
Online applications are invited for the Award of DRDO Research Associate from young, meritorious and motivated candidates of Indian Nationals for 04 (Four) Research Associate (RA) on temporary basis initially for a period of Two Years. Online Interviews will be conducted on 28 September 2020 at RCI Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria for Research Associate (RA) Job
Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
- Research Associate (RA-01): 1.) PhD in cold atom based applications and related areas. Or 2.) First Class M.Sc. in Physics/Laser Physics/Atomic Physics with at least four years of research experience in the relevant field. Or 3.) First Class M.Tech in Physics/Laser Physics/Atomic Physics with at least three years of research experience in the relevant field.
- Research Associate (RA-02): 1.) PhD in Physics/Laser Physics with M.Sc. in Physics/Laser Physics/Applied Physics. Or 2.) First Class M.SC. in Physics/Laser Physics/Applied Physics with at least four years of research experience in the relevant field. Or 3.) First Class M.Tech in Applied Optics/Electronics/Applied Physics/Laser Physics with at least three years of research experience in the relevant field.
- Research Associate (RA-03): 1) PhD in Computer Science/Data Science/Artificial Intelligence or Equivalent with specialization in Deep Learning/Machine Learning. Or 2) First Class M.Sc. in Computer Science/Computer Engineering with atleast four years of research experience in Deep Learning/Artificial Learning/Machine Learning/Computer Vision. Or 3) First Class M. Tech in Computer Science Engineering with at least three years of research experience in Deep Learning /Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence/Computer Vision.
- Research Associate (RA-04): 1) PhD in Physics/Applied Physics/Electronic Engg/Mechanical Engg/Nano science & Engg /Nanotechnology having research work in the area of design, fabrication, testing and packaging of MEMS devices/Semiconductor devices. Or 2) First Class M. Tech in solid state technology/Optics/Solid state materials/Metallurgical and Materials Engg/Nanotechnology/Mechanical Engg/Electronics Engg with at least three years of research experience in the area of design, fabrication, testing and packaging of MEMS devices/Semiconductor devices. Age Limit: 35 years as on 28 September 2020.
