- Electrical Engineering: B.E/B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. with PhD in the relevant discipline.
- Electronics and Communication Engineering: B.E/B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. with PhD in the relevant discipline.
- Metallurgical and Material Engineering: B.E/B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. with PhD in the relevant discipline.

Interested applicants can appear for walk-in-interview on 14 September 2020. The applications/resume along with self-attested photocopies of all the required documents/proofs must be submitted in the bound form with proper indexing for screening by the selection Committee.
