JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Exam Postponed: The National Testing Agency, in a recent tweet, has mentioned the postponement of the exam to be held on January 23, 2026, in West Bengal. According to the notification on 'X,' the exam to be held on January 23rd has been postponed due to multiple representations received from students from the state.
According to the notification issued, Saraswati Puja is celebrated on January 23 in West Bengal. Candidates have written to the conducting body regarding the same, based on which, the NTA has decided that all candidates scheduled to appear for the JEE Main exam in West Bengal on the same date will be allotted another date of examination among the advertised dates for JEE (Main) 2026 Session 1 examination. The revised schedule for students from the state of West Bengal will be made available on the official website soon.
