Rock Band Yes Guitarist Chris Squire died

Squire formed Yes band in 1968 with Jon Anderson and their debut single titled Sweetness and first album titled Yes were released in 1968.

Chris SquireChris Squire, the co-founder and longtime bassist of progressive Rock Band Yes, died on 27 June 2015 at his home in Phoenix, Arizona after battling Acute Erythroid Leukemia (AEL). He was 67.

Squire was the only member of the band who appeared on every album released from 1969 to 2014. Chris was a fantastic songwriter, having written and co-written much of Yes endearing music, as well as his solo album Fish Out of Water in 1975.

Squire formed Yes band in 1968 with Jon Anderson and their debut single titled Sweetness and first album titled Yes were released in 1968. The group's most recent studio album Heaven & Earth was released in 2014.

Squire was born in Kingsbury, North-West London.
