SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2024 Statistics: Check Qualified and Non-Qualified Candidates Summary

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the SSC CGL 2024 Tier 1 exam results on December 5. Candidates who appeared for the examination can check their results on the official website at ssc.gov.in.

The Tier 1 exam was conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode from September 9 to 26, 2024, to fill 17,727 vacancies across various ministries, departments, and offices of the Central Government. Out of the 36,73,453 registered candidates, 18,436 have qualified for the Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) post, 2,833 for Statistical Investigator Grade II, and 165,240 for other posts. The exam was held at multiple designated centres across the country.

SSC CGL Result 2024 Statistics 

A total of 186,509 candidates have qualified for the Tier 1 exam, distributed across various posts. Among these:

• 18,436 candidates qualified for the Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) post.
• 2,833 candidates qualified for the Statistical Investigator Gr. II post.
• 165,240 candidates qualified for other posts.

SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2024 Summary of Category-Wise and Post-Wise Qualified Candidates

A total of 18,436 candidates qualified for the Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) post, 2,833 for the Statistical Investigator post, and 165,240 for other posts. Among these, the UR category saw the highest number of qualified candidates across posts, with 2,844 for JSO, 276 for Statistical Investigator, and 25,814 for other posts. Similarly, the OBC category also had a significant number of qualifiers, with 6,839 for JSO, 1,106 for Statistical Investigator, and 50,191 for other posts.

SSC CGL 2024 Cut Off Analysis

SSC CGL 2024 Tier 1 exam saw the highest cut-off marks for the Statistical Investigator Gr. II post in the UR (Unreserved) category at 170.65672 marks. On the other hand, the lowest cut-off was recorded for the Other-PwD category under "Other Posts," where candidates needed a minimum score of 45.74 marks to qualify.
