The New Bihar: Rekindling Governance and Development: edited by NK Singh and Nicholas Stern
A panel discussion at the London School of Economics (LSE) on 20 January 2014 was centered on the turnaround in the growth of Bihar that is one of the India’s poorest and most populous states.
The topic was the centre of discussion with the panel because the launch of a new collection of essays titled The New Bihar: Rekindling Governance and Development. It was launched at an event in the London School of Economics. The essays have been edited by NK Singh, an MP of Rajya Sabha and Nicholas Stern, director of LSE India Observatory.
