Harold Ramis, the American actor, writer and director of classic comedy films died in Chicago on 24 February 2014. He was 69.
Harold Ramis was best known for the films like Ghostbusters, Groundhog Day and Caddyshack.
His other films include Analyze This in 1999, a comedy about a psychiatrist whose main patient is an insecure mobster. The film was starred by Robert DeNiro and Billy Crystal. Two years later, in 2001, he brought out the sequel Analyze That.
Ramis received The American Comedy Award, the British Comedy Awards and a BAFTA award for screenwriting.
