L&T Finance Holdings Limited, the Non Banking Financial (NBFC) arm of the engineering giant Larsen & Toubro, on 10 October 2012 successfully completed the acquisition of Indo Pacific Housing Finance Limited (IPHF) for 110 crore Rupees.
The L&T Finance Holdings company earlier on 12 March 2012 had announced the signing of the definitive agreement for same acquisition.
