SAAT 2015

is a national level entrance test which is conducted by Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar for all those aspirants who wish to pursue engineering courses at the UG Level in different constituent institutes / schools of the university. SAAT 2015 has been conducted on May 9, 2015. Candidates, who appeared for the SAAT 2015, had to meet the Eligibility Criteria of SAAT 2015. Check the complete details of the SAAT 2015 exam below.

 

About SAAT :(Siksha O Anusandhan University) Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University Admission Test (SAAT), a national level entrance test is conducted by Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University every year to select bright students from different parts of our country. The test is being conducted for different programs offered in different constituent institutes / schools of the university. SAAT-2015, the seventh edition of this entrance test, will be held on 9th May 2015 (Saturday) at 65 centers across 46 cities of India. .

 

SAAT 2015 Eligibility Criteria:

Students must have passed or appearing (in 2015) at 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects alongwith one of the following subjects: Chemistry / Computer Science / Information Technology / Biotechnology / Biology / Informatics / Statistics or any other subject as approved by appropriate authority They must have secured atleast 50% marks taken together in the subjects mentioned above. OR

 

Students must have completed Diploma in Engineering / Technology with less than 60% marks in aggregate.

 

Age Limit:
Lower age limit for appearing in SAAT 2015 is 17 years and upper age limit is 25 years as on December 31, 2015. The upper age limit is relaxed for a period of 5 years for SC and ST candidates.

 

SAAT 2015 Application Form:

Application Forms of SAAT 2015 were available from December 21, 2014.

  • Paid via: Cash / Debit Card / Credit Card
  • Students can fill the forms online and make the payment online by debit or credit card
  • SAAT 2015 Application Form can be also obtained in person or by post from the University office
  • Candidates should fill the form carefully by entering all the detalis correctly
  • Before submitting the application, candidates should retain the application number for the further reference

 

SAAT 2015 Exam Pattern:

SAAT 2015 Question Paper comprised of following sections

 

  • Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
  • Each section had 60 questions

SAAT 2015 Counselling:

 

  • Counselling of SAAT 2015 will be on the basis of Merit Ranking of SAAT 2015
  • The Counselling of those candidates, who get qualified, will take place in the ITER Campus or University Campus.
  • SAAT 2015 Counselling will also depend upon the document verification of the candidates which may include the qualification, age limit verification.
  • 20% of the seats will be allotted to lateral candidates on the basis of the SAAT 2015 Counselling.

 

SAAT 2015 Result:

 

Result of SAAT 2015 will be declared on June 20, 2015.
