Eligibility Criteria for CARA Accounts Officer & Stenographer Posts:
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
- Accounts Officer: B.Com with 5 years experience in accounting and financial matters of central/state govt./PSUs/Semi Government/Autonomous Body/Universities/Recognized research institution.
- Stenographer: 12th Class passed or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University, possessing English stenography, typing speed of 80 & 30 wpm respectively and must be familiar with Computer Software like MS Word etc.
