Dredging Corporation of India invited applications for recruitment to the post for General Manager (Finance), Dy. General Manager (O/P), Manager (Finance), Manager (HR), Manager (Instrumentation), Dy. Manager (IT), Sr.Superintendents/ Sr.Supervisors/ S.H.Surveyors, management Trainee and Superintendent (Secretarial Services) .The candidates eligible for the post can apply online through the prescribed format on or before 01 July 2016 (06PM).
Under Dredging Corporation of India Recruitment 2016 out of total 38 posts, 01 Post each is for General Manager (Finance), Dy. General Manager (O/P), Manager (Finance), Manager (HR), Manager (Instrumentation), Dy. Manager (IT) – 01 Post, and 18 posts are for Sr. Superintendents/ Sr. Supervisors/ S.H. Surveyors, 04 posts are for Superintendent (Secretarial Services) and 10 posts are for Management Trainee.
Eligibility for General Manager (Finance): candidate should be a CA or CWA with 15 years experience in concerned field.
Eligibility for Dy. General Manager (O/P): candidate should be Master (FG) COC/COS or Dredge Master Gr.I OR B.E/B.Tech in Civil engineering OR M.Tech(Dredging & Harbour Engineering) from a recognized University with 04 years experience after Master (FG) COC/COS or Dredge Master or 10 years experience in concerned filed.
Eligibility for Manager (Finance): candidate should be a CA/CWA with experience in the Fin. & Accts. Department and should be well conversant in financial, taxation, compilation of final accounts, budgetary control, work contracts etc. Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/Autonomous bodies. ALTERNATIVELY, for others, should have 8 years Post Qualification Experience.
Eligibility for Manager (HR): candidate should have completed 02 years Degree/Diploma in HR/Personnel management/IR from a recognsied university with experience in HR Department and exposure to HRD systems, handling recruitment, IR matters and establishment matters etc., Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/Autonomous bodies. ALTERNATIVELY, Should have 8 years post qualification experience in the same functionality.
Eligibility for Manager (Instrumentation): candidate should have completed B.E. /B.Tech. (Electronics) / (Instrumentation) from a recognised University with experience in repairs, maintenance of electrical, electronics, pneumatic and mechanical instruments, preferably on Vessels. Should have 02 years of experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/ in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies. Alternatively, for others, should have 8 years of post-qualification experience.
Eligibility for Dy. Manager (IT): candidate should have completed B.E/ B.Tech. (Computer Science/ Electronics/ ECE/IT) / MCA/ M.Sc (Computer Science) from recognised University/ Member of CA/ICWAI with experience in IT Dept. Should have Microsoft Dynamics Axapta Certificate (MDAC) with experience in the area of ERP customization and implementation. Should have 02 years of experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/ in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies. Or For others, should have 4 years of post-qualification experience.
Eligibility for Sr. Superintendents/ Sr. Supervisors/ S.H. Surveyors: candidate should have completed .E. / B.Tech in Mech. /Mech. Marine/Electrical/Electronics/ Production/Instrumentation/Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.
Eligibility for Superintendent (Secretarial Services): candidate should have completed Graduation in any discipline from recognized university with Stenography (English) exam passed on or before December, 2010 and should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office with 04 years’ post qualification experience.
Eligibility for Management Trainee (operations): candidate should have completed Full time B.E./ B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR M.Tech (Dredging & Harbour Engineering) with minimum60% marks from a recognized University.
Eligibility for Management Trainee (Technical): candidate should have completed Full time B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical/ Mech. Marine/ Electronics & Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.
Eligibility for Management Trainee (Materials): candidate should have completed Full time B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Production Engineering/ Mech Marine/ with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.
Eligibility for Management Trainee (HR): candidate should have completed PG Degree/Diploma in HR/Personnel Management/ IR with minimum 60% marks from a recognised University.
