JNU Recruitment 2016 for 05 Senior Research Fellow and Technical Assistant Posts

Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) invited applications for the post of Senior Research Fellow and Other Posts. The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format on or before 10 June 2016.

Under JNU Recruitment 2016, out of 05 posts, 02 posts are allotted to SRF and 03 posts are allotted to Technical Assistant.

Eligibility for Senior Research Fellow (Structure, function, and dynamics of biomolecules and Molecular engineering")- M. Sc./Biotech/Life Sciences and related fields.

Eligibility for Senior Research Fellow (Identifying targets for therapeutics in neurodegenerative disorders)- The candidate should possess M. Sc. degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Zoology

Eligibility for Technical Assistant- M.Sc./B.Tech in any of the Science/Technology subjects with an experience to handle modern equipments used in Bioscience/Biotechnology research.

Eligibility for Technical Assistant- MCA/B.Tech in Information Technology/Computer Science subjects with an experience to handle modern equipments used in Bio-science research. Knowledge and experience in maintenance and handling of computers, knowledge in Linux OS and the use of various software will be mandatory criteria for the post. Installation and maintenance of High power/cluster servers would be desirable.
