Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Director & Other Posts:
Educational Qualification:
- Assistant Director: Candidate should possess Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or equivalent and three years' experience of participation in surveys and research in the field of Social Welfare and analysis and interpretation of data in a supervisory capacity.
- Senior Investigator: Candidate should possess Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or equivalent and two years experience of participation in surveys and research in the field of Social Welfare and analysis of data or handling matters related to ensuring the legal, social and human rights of minorities.
- Senior Research Investigator: Candidate should possess Master's degree in Social Work or Sociology or Economics or Law or Social Anthropology from a recognized University and two years experience of participation in surveys and research in the field of Social Welfare and analysis of data or handling matters related to ensuring the legal, social and human rights of minorities.
