Under TMB Recruitment 2016, there are posts for Agricultural Officer, Chartered Accountant, database administrator, data Center Administrator, DGM Credit, hardware Maintenance, and System administrator, Law Officer, Marketing Officer, Network Administrator, and Probationary Assistant Manager.
Eligibility for Agricultural Officer: candidate should have completed Degree in Agriculture with 50% minimum marks Specialisations such as Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/Agriculture Engineering from recognized university will be additional preference with minimum 03 years experience in relevant field.
Eligibility for Chartered Accountant: candidate should be Chartered Accountant with 3 years & above working experience in a Banking/FIs/Foreign/reputed investment Bank preferably in processing corporate proposals, project appraisal/Risk Management/Treasury/ Foreign Exchange/ Merchant Banking etc.
Eligibility for Database administrator: candidate should have completed B.E / B.Tech. (Computer Science / Electronics / Electrical) or MCA or M.Sc (Maths / Physics) with Diploma in Computer Applications from a\reputed University with 60 % marks with 03 years experience in concerned field.
Eligibility for Data Center Administrator: candidate should have completed B.E / B.Tech. (Computer Science / IT / Electrical / Electronic) MCA or M.Sc (Maths / Physics) with Diploma in Computer Applications from a reputed University with minimum of 60 % marks with 03 years experience in IT related areas.
Eligibility for DGM Credit: candidate should be a DGM/AGM in Scheduled Commercial Banks with exceptional experience in Credit/Credit Marketing at Branch/Regional /Zonal/Head Office and should have handled and managed all types of Credit Proposals including Corporate Credit, Export Credit and Retail Credit, Agriculture, SME, etc., at least for a period of10 years.
Eligibility for Hardware Maintenance, and System administrator: candidate should have completed B.E / B.Tech. (Computer Science / IT / Electrical / Electronic) MCA or M.Sc (Maths / Physics) with Diploma in Computer Applications from a reputed University with minimum of 60 % marks with 03 years experience in IT related areas.
Eligibility for Law Officer: candidate should have completed Graduation Post Graduation in Law with minimum 50 % in aggregate with minimum 04 years experience in Civil/DRT cases.
Eligibility for Marketing Officer: candidate should have completed First Class Arts/Commerce graduates with First Class Post Graduation in Marketing/Finance in regular college course with minimum 05 years experience in concerned filed.
Eligibility for Network Administrator: candidate should have completed B.E / B.Tech. (Computer Science / IT / Electrical / Electronic) from a reputed University with minimum of 60% marks with CCNA/CCNP certification with minimum 2 years Networking experience or 3 years experience in CISCO Routers, Firewalls and Switches.
Eligibility for Probationary Assistant Manager: candidate should have completed Post Graduation with first class form a recognsied University with knowledge in Computer Operations with minimum 60% in aggregate.
