The 2024 Baseball Writers' Association of America balloting has concluded, declaring Adrian Beltre, Joe Mauer, and Todd Helton as the latest inductees into the prestigious Baseball Hall of Fame. Falling a mere five votes shy of the required 75% threshold for enshrinement, Billy Wagner narrowly missed the honour.
Come July, the revered trio of Beltre, Mauer, and Helton will be inducted into the Hall of Fame, joining the ranks of Jim Leyland, who secured his place in December through the contemporary baseball era committee's election.
