BSF Job Notification:
Directorate General, Border Security Force (BSF), The Primary Border Guarding Police Force of India under Ministry of Home Affairs invited applications for recruitment to the posts of Constable (Tradesmen) (Male) in various trades. Candidates who are eligible and interested in applying for the post has a deadline to apply by today.
The applying application procedure will close for BSF 561 Constable (Tradesman) (Mate) Posts by today i.e., 09 June 2016.

Applications are invited from the candidates who are Matriculation or equivalent qualified from recognized University/ Board with two years work experience in the respective trades. Vacancies of the trades are distributed among the States/ UTs as per population ratio of each State /UT. The candidate applying for the post needs to be between 18-23 years.
Once shortlisted, the candidates would be called for Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) in which five kilometers race needs to be completed with 24 hours. Once selected in the PST and PET the applicants would be then required to go through written examination of 100 marks, document verification and medical examination.

The written examination would be OMR based objective type multiple choice questions of two hours. The question paper will comprise of questions related to elementary mathematics, general awareness/ general knowledge, analytical aptitude and basic hindi and English.
Candidates who are passionate, eligible and are willing to join the BSF can download the application form from bsf.nic.in and after filling-in through the prescribed format along with required documents and photograph may send to the concerned RAs/ HQrs under which their State falls by today i.e., 09 June 2016.
