DigiLocker CBSE Result 2025: CBSE Given Access Codes for 10th, 12th Students to Get Digital Certificate; Complete Process

CBSE Result 2025 DigiLocker Access Code: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has initiated the digital distribution of academic documents for Class 10 and 12 students by releasing six-digit access codes. These codes enable students to activate their DigiLocker accounts and access their digital mark sheets, migration certificates, and other essential documents once the results are declared. 

What are DigiLocker Access Codes?

Each student is assigned a unique six-digit access code, which serves as a security PIN to activate their DigiLocker account. This measure ensures that only authorised individuals can access sensitive academic records. Schools are responsible for downloading and distributing these codes to their respective students. 

Steps for Schools to Download Access Codes

1. Visit the official CBSE DigiLocker portal: cbse.digitallocker.gov.in.
2. Select ‘Login as School’ and enter the required credentials.
3. Click on ‘Download Access Code File’.
4. Choose the appropriate class (Class 10 or Class 12) to download the respective access codes.
5. Distribute the individual access codes securely to each student.

Additionally, schools should provide students with the user manual available on the CBSE website to guide them through the DigiLocker activation process . 

Steps for Students to Activate DigiLocker Accounts

1. Go to cbseservices.digilocker.gov.in.
2. Enter the six-digit access code provided by your school. If the code is five digits, prefix it with a zero.
3. Verify your details, provide your mobile number, and validate with the OTP received.
4. Upon successful verification, your DigiLocker account will be activated.
5. After the CBSE results are declared, your digital mark sheet and certificates will be available under the 'Issued Documents' section .

Once the results are announced, students can also access their results through the following official platforms:

• results.digilocker.gov.in
• UMANG App   

For students studying abroad, CBSE has extended DigiLocker access. They can either visit results.digilocker.gov.in or create a ticket on nad-support.digilocker.gov.in under the category ‘CBSE International Student 2025’ to receive their digital documents via email . 

CBSE Result Declaration Timeline

As of now, CBSE has not announced the exact date for the release of Class 10 and 12 results 2025. However, based on previous years’ trends, the results are expected to be declared in the second week of May. Students are advised to regularly check the official CBSE websites and DigiLocker portal for updates.
