Sandowal won the prestigious Regional Chef Award from two Michelin Etoile Oraol. His acceptance speech was given by a surrogate as he focused on personal mental health matters.
America's Classics - Lem's Bar-B-Q
Since 1954, a beloved South Side Icon, Lem's Bar-B-Q, has received the Classics Award of National America - its historical rib tips, charcoal-chikari smoking tradition, and recognized for deep community roots.
