Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) was held on 5 May 2012 taken by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The question paper comprises 150 Questions from 5 different sections including Child Development and Pedagogy, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, Language 1 (English/Hindi) and Language II (English\Hindi). There was separate option for two languages in both Papers I and Paper II to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for I to V Classes and VI to VIII respectively.
