• Assistant Company Secretary: Graduate and a qualified company secretary with Associate / Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India.

• Assistant General Manager (Operation): Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mining / Metallurgical / Production Engineering from recognized institution or university. 

Maximum Age limit

• Assistant Company Secretary: Below 40 years.

• Assistant General Manager (Operation): Below 50 years.
