GJUST, Hisar Recruitment 2016 for 83 Teaching & Non-Teaching Posts

Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology (GJUST) invited application for the recruitment to the post of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format on or before 05 July 2016.

Under GJUST, Hisar Recruitment 2016, out of 81 posts, 24 posts are allotted to Professor, 30 posts are allotted to Associate Professor, 25 posts allotted to Assistant Professor, 01 post for Demonstrator, 01 post of Librarian, 01 post of Deputy Librarian and 01 post of Hindi Officer.

Eligibility Criteria

Environmental Science & Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Optical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering:

• Professor: Candidate should possess Ph.D. Degree with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engg. & Tech. and experience of ten years in teaching, research and/ or industry, out of which at least five years at the level of Assistant Professor/ Reader or equivalent grade.
• Associate Professor: Ph.D. Degree with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engg. & Tech. and experience of eight years in teaching, research and/ or industry at the level of Lecturer or equivalent grade, excluding period spent on obtaining the research degree.
• Assistant Professor: First class Master’s degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering (Engg.) & Technology (Tech.)

Environmental Science & Engineering (For one post of Professor), Communication Management & Technology, Mathematics, Applied Psychology, Applied Physics, Food Technology, Bio & Nano Technology:

• Professor: Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned/allied/ relevant discipline.
• Associate Professor: Good academic record with a Ph.D degree in the concerned/allied/ relevant disciplines.
• Assistant Professor: National Eligibility Test (NET)/SLET shall be compulsory for appointment at the entry level of Assistant Professor.
• Pharmaceutical Sciences:
• Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor: Basic degree in pharmacy (B.Pharma.)

Haryana School of Business:

• Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor: Master’s degree in Business Management/ Administration/ in a relevant discipline or consistently good academic record.
• Physiotherapy:
• Professor, Associate Professor: Masters in Physiotherapy (M.P.T./M.P.Th./M.Th.P/M.Sc.P.T.) with eleven years total experience including five years experience as Associate Professor(Physiotherapy).
• Assistant Professor: Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy (B.P./T./B.Th./P./B.P.Th.), Masters in Physiotherapy (M./P.Th./M.Th.P/M.Sc.P.T./M.P.T.) with at least 55% marks.
• Librarian, Deputy Librarian: A Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven points scale.
• Hindi Professor: M.A. in Hindi with 55% marks.
