Under Indian Air Force Recruitment 2016 there are posts for Group Y (Musician/ Non-Technical) {except Automobile Technician, GTI, IAF (P), IAF(S) and Med Asst).
Eligibility for Group Y (Musician): candidate should have completed matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board and should be proficient in playing any one of the mentioned instruments viz. Piccolo/Bamboo Flute/Saxophone/Clarinet/Trumpet Euphonium/Trombone/Guitar/Violin/OctaPad/Tabla/Dholak /Keyboard / Piano.
Eligibility for Group Y (Non-Technical) {except Automobile Technician, GTI, IAF(P), IAF(S) and Med Asst): candidate should have completed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board in any stream with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English. Alternatively, Passed Two years Vocational Course recognized by Association of Indian Universities (CBSE / Board of Vocational Higher Secondary Education Kerala) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Vocational Course.
Eligible candidates can attend the Recruitment rally at ‘Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Stadium, Bambolim (Talegaon), North Goa’ from 03 June to 08 June 2016
