Under Indian Cost Guard Recruitment 2016, there are posts for Assistant Commandant for (General Duty, General Duty (Pilot), Technical Branch (Mechanical & Electrical), Pilot (CPL), General Duty (Women).
Eligibility for Assistant Commandant (General Duty): candidate should have completed Bachelors’ Degree with minimum 60% in aggregate. Candidate should have studied mathematics and Physics upto class with 60% Aggregate.
Eligibility for Assistant Commandant General Duty (Pilot): candidate should have completed Bachelors’ Degree with minimum 60% in aggregate. Candidate should have studied mathematics and Physics upto class with 60% Aggregate.
Eligibility for Assistant Commandant Technical Branch (Mechanical & Electrical): candidate should have completed Engineering with minimum 60% in aggregate or should have passed section A and B examination from the institution of Engineers in concerned discipline with minimum at least 60% marks in Aggregate in Physics and Mathematics or three-year diploma course with 60% Aggregate.
Eligibility for Assistant Commandant Pilot (CPL): candidate should have completed 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 60% and should posses Commercial Pilot License issued validated by DGCA.
Eligibility for Assistant Commandant General Duty (Women): candidate should have completed Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 60% from a recognised university. Candidate should have studied mathematics and Physics upto class with 60% Aggregate.
