Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd. (MRPL) invited applications for recruitment to the post of Chief Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, Deputy Manager, Senior Executive, Senior Engineer, Engineer and Factory Medical Officer. The eligible candidates can apply to the post through prescribed format on or before 2 July 2016.
Under MRPL Recruitment 2016, out of total 19 posts, 06 posts are allotted to Manager, 01 post for Senior Executive, 08 posts for Senior Engineer, 02 posts for Engineer and 02 posts for Factory Medical Officer.
Eligibility for Chief Manager (Sales): Engineering or MBA graduate with minimum 16 years post qualification experience.
Eligibility for Senior Manager (HR): MBA/Equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management or HRD or HRM or Post Graduate Degree/Equivalent in Personal Management/IR/Labour Welfare with minimum 13 years post qualification experience in HR department.
Eligibility for Senior Manager (Marketing Operations): Engineering graduates with minimum 13 years post qualification experience.
Eligibility for Manager (Medical Services): MBBS with completion of Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) & possess a Certificate of Training in Industrial Health and possess a recognized Diploma in Industrial Health or equivalent.
Eligibility for Deputy Manager (Polymer Sales): Engineering graduate with minimum 7 years post Qualification experience.
Eligibility for Deputy Manager (Agreements & Contracts): Law graduate (LLB) with minimum 7 years post qualification experience.
Eligibility for Senior Executive (Marketing Operations): Engineering graduates with minimum 4 years post qualification experience.
Eligibility for Senior Engineer (Mechanical Planning): Graduate Degree in Mechanical engineering with minimum 4 years post qualification experience in Refinery/Petrochemical/Fertilizer/Chemical/Engineering or Consultancy Services.
Eligibility for Senior Engineer (Electrical): Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with minimum 4 years post qualification industrial experience in electrical jobs in Power industry or the following continuous process industries: Refinery/Petrochemical/Chemical/Fertilizer/Cement/Oil and Gas/Iron and Steel.
Eligibility for Senior Engineer (Safety): Graduate Degree in Engineering and Diploma in Industrial Safety with minimum 4 years supervisory cadre working experience in Refinery/Petrochemical Complex/Fertilizers.
Eligibility for Engineer (Fire): Graduate degree in Fire Engineering.
Eligibility for Factory Medical Officer: MBBS with completion of compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) and possess a Certificate of Training in Industrial Health and Diploma in Industrial Health or equivalent.
