Eligibility Criteria for Senior System Analyst and Other Posts

Senior System Analyst- Officer under the Central Government/State Government/ Union Territories – holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre /department or with five year’s service in the grade on regular basis in posts in the Pay Band-3, Pay Scale of Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade pay of Rs. 6600/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/department and possessing following education qualification and experience- Master’s degree in Statistics /Mathematics/Operation Research /Physics or Economics /Commerce or degree in Engineering/Computer Science or degree in Engineering /Computer Science of a recognized University or equivalent. For programming – Seven year’s experience of electronics data processing/computer oriented optimization, information or statistical system out of which at least three years experience should be in a responsible capacity on actual computer programming and system design. For information system- Ten year’s experience electronic data processing work out of which at least five year’s experience should be in a Supervisory capacity in design, development or organizing computerized information storage and retrieval system

Network Administrator- Officer under the Central Government/State Government/ Union Territories – holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre /department or with five year’s service in the grade on regular basis in posts in the Pay Band-3, Pay Scale of Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade pay of Rs. 6600/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/department and possessing following education qualification and experience- Master’s degree in Statistics /Mathematics/Operation Research /Physics or Economics /Commerce or degree in Engineering/Computer Science or degree in Engineering /Computer Science of a recognized University or equivalent. 10 year’s experience in Network Administration cum Hardware Management. For Information System- 10 year’s experience of electronic data processing work, out of which at least 5 year’s experience should be in a Supervisory capacity in design development or organizing computerized information storage and retrieval system

Programmer- Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Union territories or Semi-Government or Statutory bodies or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous research institutions or Universities – holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or with two year’s service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the posts in the pay band -2 of Rs.9300-34,800 with grade pay of Rs.4800 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department or with three year’s service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the posts in the pay band of Rs. 9300-34,800 with grade pay of Rs.4600 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department and possessing following education qualification-Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Master’s degree in Computer Application or Computer Science or Master of Technology with specialization in computer application from a recognized University. Two year’s experience of electronic data processing work, including experience of actual programming or Degree in computer application or computer Science or degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University. Three years experience in electronics data processing work including experience of actual programming or Master’s degree from a recognized University or degree in Engineering of a recognized University. Three year’s experience in electronics data processing work including experience of actual programming or Master’s degree from recognized University or degree in Engineering of a recognized University. Three year’s experience of electronics data processing work, including experience of actual programming or ‘A’ level Diploma under the Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer classes programme or post graduate Diploma in Computer Application offered under University Programme or post polytechnic diploma in computer Application awarded by the State Council of Technology Education, Four year’s experience of electronics data processing work, including experience of actual programming

Data Entry Operator- Officer of the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Government Institutions holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department and possessing ‘O’ and A’ level certificate for information technology from an Institute recognized by the Government
