Also, candidates from non-Commerce streams, who have obtained a minimum of 60% marks, or its equivalent grade, in their UG or PG exams from a recognised university or an open university, are exempted from the Foundation Examination.

Candidates who have cleared the Intermediate Examination of the ICMAI or ICSI are also expempted from the Foundation Examination.
