In a diverse country such as the U.S. ,it is especially important to ensure that all individuals have a voice and opportunity to succeed. DEI efforts can take many forms, including hiring practices, classroom practices, community programming, etc. DEI efforts inherently help reduce obstacles for people and develop communities that are more inclusive in nature. What Does DEI Mean?
