Qualifications: MS (Anatomy)/ MD (Anatomy)/ MBBS with M.Sc. (Anatomy)/ M.Sc. (Med. Anatomy) with Ph.D. (Med. Anatomy)/ M.Sc. (Med. Anatomy) with D.Sc. (Med. Anatomy) + 4 years experience as Assistant Professor in concerned subject.

2. Associate Professor in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Dept of Oral & Maxifacial Surgery: 1 post

Qualifications: BDS or equivalent with Post graduate qualification/ Diploma of National Board in the concerned subject + 4 years teaching experience.

Pay Scale: Pay band of Rs.9300-34800 + GP of Rs.4600
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree + shorthand and computer typing speed of 80 w.p.m./ 40 w.p.m. respectively + at least 3 years’ work experience as P.A. or equivalent;
9. Stenographers, AMU: 4 posts
Pay Scale: Pay band of Rs.5200-20200 + GP of Rs.2400 + allowances.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree + Diploma in Stenography/ Secretarial Practice + Shorthand and Typing speed of 80 w.p.m. / 40 w.p.m. respectively OR Sr. Secondary/ Intermediate/ Higher Secondary or equivalent + Diploma in Stenography/ Secretarial Practice + 2 years experience as Lower Division Clerk or equivalent + Shorthand and Typing speed of 80 w.p.m./ 40 w.p.m. respectively.
10. Calligraphist, Controller of Examination: 1 post
Pay Scale: Pay band of Rs.5200-20200 + GP of Rs.2800 + allowances.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with knowledge of English Calligraphic Art + Experience of writing documents (like Degree & Certificates).
11. Drivers, Central Automobile Workshop: 17 posts
Pay Scale: Pay band of Rs.5200-20200 + GP of Rs.1900 + allowances.
Qualifications: Secondary School Certificate/ Class X/ High School + valid driving licence for all kinds of vehicles;
Selection Procedure
Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of candidate’s performance in the Interview
NOTE: Recruitment to the posts of Sr. P.A. & Stenographer will be done on the basis of a competitive Test in Stenography and computer typing followed by an interview of those qualifying the Test.
Application Fee
Candidates using downloaded application form will have to deposit Non-refundable application fee of Rs.150 in any of the branches of State Bank of India, into A/c No.106121 79068 with State Bank of India, AMU Branch (05555), under the Head, "Employment Fee".
Candidates can also pay the fee of Rs.150 in form of crossed DD drawn in favour of ‘Finance Officer, AMU, Aligarh’ payable at ‘State Bank of India, AMU Branch, Aligarh (05555)’. The DD has to be sent along with duly filled in application form.
How to Apply
Interested and eligible candidates should send their duly-filled in application forms along with attested copies of relevant certificates/ testimonials by post to ‘the Assistant Registrar (Selection Committee), Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh- 202002 (UP)’ so as to reach the University on or before 7 July 2014.
The application can also be submitted personally at the Reception Counter of the Administrative Block.
On the envelope containing the applications, candidates should super-scribe ‘Name of the post applied for, advertisement number and date’.
