BEL Notified Recruitment for 31 various posts 2014

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) invited applications for recruitment to the post of Jr. Supervisor (Security), Havildar (Security) and Jr. Lady Searcher. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format on or before 28 June 2014. BEL was established at Bangalore, India, by the Government of India under the Ministry of Defence in 1954 to meet the specialised electronic needs of the Indian defence services. Over the years, it has grown into a multi-product, multi-technology, multi-unit company serving the needs of customers in diverse fields in India and abroad.

Pay Scale

• Jr. Supervisor (Security): Rs.10050 – 3% – 25450 +Admissible  Allowance
• Havildar (Security): Rs.8330 – 3% – 22000 +Admissible  Allowance
• Jr. Lady Searcher: Rs.7960 – 3% – 21020 +Admissible  Allowance

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Jr. Supervisor (Security): SSLC and JCO in the Army or equivalent rank from Navy/Air Force.
• Havildar (Security): SSLC and minimum 15 years of service in the Defence Forces.
• Jr. Lady Searcher: SSLC and minimum 3 years experience in Defence Forces or Paramilitary Forces or Karnataka State Police.

Age Limit

• Jr. Supervisor (Security): Maximum age of the candidate should be 45 years as on 1 May 2014.
• Havildar (Security): Maximum age of the candidate should be 40 years as on 1 May 2014.
• Jr. Lady Searcher: Maximum age of the candidate should be 30 years as on 1 May 2014.

Application fee:

• Candidates belonging to GEN/OBC category are required to pay Rs.300/- as application fee through bank Challan.
• SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Selection Process

Selection process will be done on the basis of performance in Physical Endurance test, written test, followed by interview.

• Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with Company’s copy of the Challan and attested copies of all required Certificates/Documents, should be submitted by Ordinary Post to the Deputy Manager (HR/Central), Bharat Electronics Limited, Jalahalli Post,  Bangalore 560 013 before 28 June 2014.
• Candidates should mention “Application for the Post of ________” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
