Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI) Job Notification: Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI) invited applications for recruitment to the post of Bosun, Skipper, Technician and Senior Technical Assistant. Eligibility Criteria for CMFRI  Technician & Other posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

• Bosun: 12^th Passed or equivalent and Possession of a Certificate of competency as Mate Fishing Vessel issued by the Mercantile Marine Department.
• Skipper Grade – I: 10^th Passed or equivalent, Certificate of competency as Skipper with 5 years practical experience on board fishing vessel after obtaining Mate Fishing Vessel Competency Certificate.
• Technician (Motor Driver): 10^th Passed and Possession of a valid and appropriate Heavy duty driving license with badge from prescribed Govt. authority.
• Senior Technical Assistant (Programme Assistant – Computer): Degree in Computer Science or Computer Application.
• Senior Technical Assistant (Farm Manager): Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture.

Age Limit for  Technician & Other posts:

• 18-40 years for Skipper post.
• 18-30 years for remaining post.

Selection Process for CMFRI  Technician & Other posts:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test/interview.
