Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited (HESCOM), Hubli, a wholly owned Government of Karnataka Undertaking, invited online application for recruitment to 92 posts of Assistant Engineers, Junior Engineers and Assistant Accounts Officers. Interested candidates should apply online till 25 October 2014 by 1700 hours & send the fee DD in original to the HESCOM office by post so as to reach the concerned authority on or before 25 October 2014 till 1700 hours.

Age Limit:
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 35 years
(Maximum age limit for Category IIA,IIB, IIIA and IIIB candidates is 38 years and for SC/ ST & Category-I candidates is 40 years)
1. Assistant Engineer: 85 posts
(i) Electrical Engg.: 68 posts
(ii) Computer Engg./ IT/ Information Science: 8 posts
(iii) Electronics/ Telecommunication Engg.: 8 posts
(iv) Civil: 1 post
Educational Qualification: B.E or AMIE in respective discipline from a recognized university/ institute
2. Assistant Accounts Officer: 2 posts
Educational Qualification: M.Com Graduate OR pass in ICWA/ MBA (Finance).
3. Junior Engineer (Electrical): 5 posts
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering of Polytechnic of the State of Karnataka or equivalent qualification.
Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the Aptitude test.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the Aptitude test.
Application Fee: Non-refundable application fee of Rs.4000 (Rs. 2000 for SC/ ST category candidates) through a crossed Demand draft drawn in favour of ‘General Manager (Admin & HRD), HESCOM’ payable at Hubli.
Candidates should send fee DD in original to ‘The General Manager [Admin and HRD], HESCOM Corporate office, Navanagar, Hubli – 580025’ by post so as to reach the concerned authority on or before 25 October 2014 by (1700 hours).
On the envelope containing the application, candidates should super-scribe ‘Demand Draft for ON-LINE application for the post of ————-”.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates should apply online through HESCOM website www.hescom.co.in till 25 October 2014 (1700 hours).
On successful submission of the online application form, candidates should take printouts of the acknowledgement receipt and retain them along with the scanned copy of the fee DD for production before the HESCOM, as and when asked for.
