Eligibility Criteria for Various Mentioned Jobs:

• Professor in Assamese- A Master’s Degree in Assamese from a recognized university with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).

• Professor in Political Science- A Master’s Degree in Political Science from a recognized University with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).

• Professor in Management - A Master’s Degree either in Business Administration or Business Management from a recognized University with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).

• Professor in Teacher Education - A Master’s Degree in Arts/ Humanities/ Sciences/ Commerce with M.Ed. degree, each with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).

• Associate Professor in English  - A Master’s Degree in English from a recognized university with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).

• Associate Professor in Economics - A Master’s Degree either in Economics or in History from a recognized university with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).

• Associate Professor in History- A Master’s Degree either in Economics or in History from a recognized university with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).

• Associate Professor in Computer Science- A Master’s Degree either in Computer Science or in Computer Application from a recognized university with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).

• Associate Professor in Teacher Education- A Master’s Degree in Arts/ Humanities/ Sciences/ Commerce with M.Ed. degree, each with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).

• Associate Professor in Commerce- A Master’s Degree in Commerce from a recognized university with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).

• Assistant Professor  in English- Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade in a point scale whenever grading system is followed) , at the Master’s Degree in English from a recognized University with relaxation of marks for SC/ST/differently able candidates as per the UGC guidelines for the purpose of eligibility.

• Assistant Professor  in Philosophy- Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade in a point scale whenever grading system is followed) , at the Master’s Degree in Philosophy from a recognized University with relaxation of marks for SC/ST/differently able candidates as per the UGC guidelines for the purpose of eligibility.

Selection Procedure:

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview/exam conducted by the organization.
