• Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with DD and attested copies of all required Certificates / Documents, should be submitted to the Office of Chief Administrative Officer, Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mysore- Bangalore Road, Mandya 571401 on or before 27 January 2015.
• Candidates can attend Interview on 31 January 2014 from 10.00 AM onwards along with all the relevant original documents, one set of attested copies of the same and two recent passport photographs.
• Candidates should mention “Application for the Post of ________” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
