- Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with DD and attested copies of all required Certificates / Documents, should be submitted to the Office of Chief Administrative Officer, Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mysore- Bangalore Road, Mandya 571401 on or before 3 November 2014.
- Candidates can attend Interview on 8 November 2014 from 10.00 AM onwards along with all the relevant original documents, one set of attested copies of the same and two recent passport photographs.
