Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
• Professor- Doctorate Degree in Criminology or Sociology from a recognized University or equivalent
• Reader (Psychology)- Master’s Degree in Psychology with specialization in Criminal Psychology or Social Psychology from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Senior Scientific Assistant (Ballistics, Chemistry, Narcotics, Explosives, Toxicology)- Master’s Degree in Physics or Mathematics from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Senior Scientific Assistant (Serology)- Master’s Degree in Zoology or Bacteriology or Microbiology of a recognized University or equivalent
• Senior Scientific Assistant (Physics)- Master’s Degree in Physics or Forensic Science from a recognized university or equivalent
• Senior Scientific Assistant (Forensic Photography)- Master,s Degree in Science from a recognized University or equivalent
• Private Secretary- holding analogous post in the Stenographer’s grade on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department
• Stenographer Grade ‘C’- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis
• Hindi Translator- Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a main subject at the degree level
• Upper Division Clerk- Holding analogous post on regular basis
• Estate Assistant- 12th Standard Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board/University
