Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

1. Junior Officer (Electrical) (Trainee): Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized University/institute. Preference will be given to those who possess Electrical Supervisory certificate (Mining or A three year Diploma In Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute plus Electrical Supervisory certificate (Mining) of Competence as per Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board Rules
2. Junior Officer (Mechanical) (Trainee): Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized University/institute OR A three year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute with Five years’ post qualification experience in carrying out maintenance, repairs and operations o( HEM equipments like Dumpers. Dozers, Drill, Shovels. Cranes, Graders. Compressors etc and ore processing equipments like Crushers. Screens, Stackers, Reclaimer, Conveyors, Feeders etc
3. Diploma Holder Trainee (HEM Operator/HEM Mech/MCO): A three year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.

Pay Scale

1. Junior Officer (Electrical) (Trainee): Pay Scale Rs. 15000-3%-38000
2. Junior Officer (Mechanical) (Trainee): Pay Scale Rs. 15000-3%-38000
3. Diploma Holder Trainee (HEM Operator/HEM Mech/MCO): Pay Scale Rs 12780-3%-22520
