Sports Achievements: Represented Country in Olympic Games (S) OR obtained at least 3rd position in World Cup (J/ S), World Championships (J/ S), Asian Games (S), Commonwealth Games (S).
For GP Rs.1900/ Rs.2000 posts:
Qualification: SSC / Matriculation
Sports Achievements: Represented Country in World Cup (J/ S), World Championships (J/S), Asian Games (S) & Commonwealth Games (S) OR obtained at least 3rd position in the Commonwealth Championship (J/S)/ Asian Championship/ Asia Cup (J/S)/ South Asian Federation (SAF) Games (S)/ USIC (World Railways) Championships (Senior category)/ National Championships (S/ Y/ J)/ National Games/ All India Inter University Championship OR obtained 1st position in Federation Cup Championships (S).
For GP Rs.1800 posts:
Qualifications: Matriculation or ITI or equivalent.
Sports Achievements: Represented Country in Commonwealth Championship (J/S)/ Asian Championship/ Asia Cup (J/S)/ South Asian Federation (SAF) Games (S)/ USIC (World Railways) Championships (S) OR Represented a State/ equivalent unit in National Championships (S/ Y/ J) (except in Marathon & Cross country) OR obtained at least 3rd position in Federation Cup Championships (S)/ all Units & Districts of the State in State Championships (S).
Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be based on their performance in the trials and Interview.
Examination Fee: Non-refundable examination fee is to be paid through a crossed DD/ IPO of Rs.100.

SC/ ST/ Women/ Minority/ Economically Backward candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates should send their duly-filled in application form along with attested copies of necessary certificates/ documents by ordinary post or dropped in the application box provided for the purpose at the concerned office so as to reach the concerned authority on or before prescribed last date.
On the envelope candidates should super-scribe “APPLICATION FOR RECRUITMENT AGAINST SPORTS QUOTA FOR THE YEAR 2014-15”.
