Under Pawan Hans Ltd Recruitment 2016, out of total 08 posts, 01 post is allotted to Manager (FOQA), 03 posts are allotted to Manager (Safety), 02 posts are allotted to Manager (Safety), 01 post is allotted to Assistant General Manager (Human Resources) and 01 post for Deputy General Manager (Safety).
Eligibility for Manager (FOQA): Pilot holding CHPL/ATPL (H) with minimum 3 years experience in Civil Aviation and 2 years in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC having knowledge about preparation of FDR/CVR readouts and their analysis and also have experience in incident/accident investigation and safety audit etc and knowledge of DGCA Regulation.
Eligibility for Manager (Safety): Pilot holding CHPL/ATPL (H)/CPL OR Engineer holding AME licence and minimum 3 years experience in Civil Aviation and 2 years in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC , experience in incident investigation and safety audit etc and knowledge of DGCA Regulation.
Eligibility for Manager (Internal Audit): CA's/ICWA's/MBA's from a recognized Institution with specialization in Finance and minimum 3 years post qualification relevant executive experience out of which two years should be in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC in a large and reputed organization.
Eligibility for Assistant General Manager (Human Resources): MBA's or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from a recognized University/Institution with minimum 7 years post qualification executive experience out of which two years should be in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC in a large and reputed organization.
Eligibility for Deputy General Manager (Safety): Pilot holding CHPL/ATPL (H)/CPL OR Engineer holding AME licence with minimum 9 years experience in Civil Aviation and 2 years in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC, experience in incident investigation and safety audit etc and knowledge of DGCA Regulation.
