Central university common entrance test (CUCET) is an all India test that is being organized by ten central universities together, for admission in about 200 integrated, post graduate and research programs in universities. CUCET provides single window opportunity to the students to seek admission in about 200 programs across 10 universities. Universities participating in these entrance examinations are central university of Bihar, Gujarat, Jammu, Jharkhand, Kashmir, Kerala, Orissa, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Tamil Nadu.

There are a certain eligibility criteriafor the students, and candidates appearing for such examinations are supposed to fulfil such criteria. While visiting the official website, students can click on the programs offered and eligibility for more details. It is mandatory for the students to fulfil the eligibility criteria otherwise their examination papers would not be considered.

Another significant aspect is of the application procedure. Candidates can either apply online or through offline mode. Students can make online payment while filing the on-line application using debit/credit card powered by master or Visa through net banking facility. Interbank transfer can also be made through any bank where the candidates or their guardians have an account. Once the online payment has been done, it is important for the bearer to retain details such as amount, date, whether paid through debit/credit/net banking, transaction number, UTR No, etc and print out the online payment receipt generated. The candidates will require filling in these details in online application form. The above mentioned process was that of online process. As far as offline mode of filling up the form is concerned, payment in cash at any branch of Bank of India is to be done. Students are required to go to the official website and click on Login using Id and password that has been provided to them. Once the login id and password is given, students can continue to fill up the form. After this, the links asks for payment mode and in these aspirants are supposed to opt for offline payment mode. Download the challan form and ensure that the same comprises of Challan number and with this aspirants are required to fill up the necessary details in the application form. Without the counterfoil of the fee payment challan/UTR receipt, students will not be permitted to appear for any offline/ online test.

Thus all such steps in filling up of the application form are indispensable. Any sort of cutting in the forms are not accepted by the university board.
