NEET Registration 2025
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is the NEET UG exam organising institute. Candidates who wish to join the medical profession should do the NEET registration 2025 from 7th February to 7th March 2025. As the last date o apply online for NEET UG registration is approaching, therefore, candidates should ensure that they fill out the form by the given date.
The authorities have also made it mandatory to provide Aadhar Card details during the NEET application process since from this year onwards, Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR) ID will be implemented for the NEET registration.

NEET Registration 2025: Stages to Fill the NEET UG Application Form
The candidates who are willing to fill out the NEET registration form 2025 must apply in online mode from NTA website. The NEET registration process is divided into the following stages as given below:

Steps to Fill NEET Registration Form 2025
The NEET UG registration 2025 can be done only in online mode from the NT official website. Cndites should ensure that they have filled out the form correctly to void any error in it. Given below re the steps to apply online for NEET UG 2025.
Step 1: Register on neet.nta.nic.in by clicking on the ‘New registration’ link. Fill in your basic detials to obtain the registration number and generate password.
Step 2: Once the registration process is done, click on the 'Complete registration' as shown in the image below.
Step 3: Fill up the details such as your personal information, aadhar card number, exam centre, academic details, etc.
Step 4: Once all the details are filled in, a pop up notification to review the details will appear on your screen. Click on the particulars to confirm the verification.
Step 5: Once the verification process is completed on your end, proceed to upload the documents in the correct size and format.

Step 6: Once all the above steps have been completed, proceed to pay the application fee for NEET 2025 exam.
Step 7: After you have submitted the registration, make sure that you take a print out of the NEET registration 2025.

All the candidates who apply for NEET UG exam must pay the NEET UG application fee as per their categories. The application fee varies as per the category of the candidates. The fee for General candidates is Rs. 1700. The fee can be paid though online mode.

NEET Registration Form Correction 2025
NTA will allow the candidates to make corrections in the NEET UG registration form after they have submitted it. In case a candidate has made an error to it, candidates will be able to make changes in it within the date prescribed by the NTA.
NTA NEET Registration Form Correction: Steps to Make Corrections
The candidates who are going to make corrections in the NEET UG form can do so without paying an additional fee. However, only certain details can be changed. Details such s name, mobile number, email id, etc. can't be changed. The NEET UG registration form can be corrected using the following steps:
⇒ Visit the official website of NEET – neet.ntaonline.in
⇒ Click on the tab ‘NEET (UG) 2025 Correction’' on the page.
⇒ Log in with the NEET 2025 registration credentials
⇒ Click on the tab ‘Correction in Application Form’
⇒ Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number and email and click on the ‘Verify and Proceed’ tab
⇒ Make the necessary changes provided the fields are editable and allowed for the candidates based on their Aadhaar verification status
⇒ Click on Save button and download the confirmation page.
⇒ Download the updated Application Confirmation form
There is no additional fee to be paid to make corrections in the NEET registration 2025. However, there are a few fields which cannot be edited. These fields include name, email id and mobile number.
