What is NEET UG Registration 2026 Last Date? 

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has activated the NEET 2026 registration window on its official website as of February 08, 2026. The last date to register for NEET UG is March 08, 2026. Students must log in and complete their NEET 2026 registration by visiting the official website at https://neet.nta.nic.in/ and following the outlined steps.

Where to Apply for NEET Registration 2026? 

Candidates who wish to apply for NEET exam 2026 need to visit the official website of NEET. Candidates need to register themselves online by filling up the details, uploading documents and paying the application fee. NEET Registration 2026: Stages to Fill the NEET UG Application Form

The candidates who are willing to fill out the NEET registration form 2026 must apply in online mode from NTA website. The NEET registration process is divided into the following stages as given below:

Steps to Fill NEET Registration Form 2026

The NEET UG registration 2026 can be done only in online mode from the NT official website. Candidates should ensure that they have filled out the form correctly to avoid any errors in it. Given below are the steps to apply online for NEET UG 2026. 

Step 1: Register on neet.nta.nic.in by clicking on the ‘New registration’ link. Fill in your basic details to obtain the registration number and generate a password. 

Step 2: Once the registration process is done, click on the 'Complete registration' as shown in the image below. 

Step 3: Fill up the details such as your personal information, aadhar card number, exam centre, academic details, etc. 

Step 4: Once all the details are filled in, a pop-up notification to review the details will appear on your screen. Click on the particulars to confirm the verification.

Step 5: Once the verification process is completed on your end, proceed to upload the documents in the correct size and format.

Step 7: After you have submitted the registration, make sure that you take a printout of the NEET registration 2026.

All the candidates who apply for NEET UG exam must pay the NEET UG application fee as per their categories. The application fee varies as per the category of the candidates. The fee for General candidates is Rs. 1700. The fee can be paid though online mode. 

Documents to Upload in NEET 2026 Registration

Candidates are required to upload the relevant documents, such as a scanned copy of the photograph, signature, thumb impression, and class 10th certificate while filling out the NEET registration. NEET Registration Form Correction 2026

NTA will allow the candidates to make corrections in the NEET UG registration form after they have submitted it. In case a candidate has made an error to it, candidates will be able to make changes in it within the date prescribed by the NTA.  

NTA NEET Registration Form Correction: Steps to Make Corrections

The candidates who are going to make corrections in the NEET UG form can do so without paying an additional fee. However, only certain details can be changed. Details such s name, mobile number, email id, etc. can't be changed. The NEET UG registration form can be corrected using the following steps:

⇒ Visit the official website of NEET – https://neet.nta.nic.in/ 

⇒ Click on the tab ‘NEET (UG) 2026 Correction’' on the page.

⇒ Log in with the NEET 2026 registration credentials

⇒ Click on the tab ‘Correction in Application Form’

⇒ Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number and email and click on the ‘Verify and Proceed’ tab

⇒ Make the necessary changes, provided the fields are editable and allowed for the candidates based on their Aadhaar verification status

⇒ Click on Save button and download the confirmation page.

⇒ Download the updated Application Confirmation form

There is no additional fee to be paid to make corrections in the NEET registration 2026. However, there are a few fields which cannot be edited. These fields include name, email id and mobile number.
