NEET Result 2025 Out! Download Scorecard, Merit List
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2025 results for all the students on its official website on 14th June 2025. Along with the result, the topper list shall be updated too The results and scorecards can also be checked online on neet.ntaonline.in as well as on Jagran Josh.
NEET Result 2025
NEET Result 2025 will be made available by the NTA on its official website on 14th June 2025. The candidates who have appeared for the NEET UG exam on 4th May will be able to download the official result pdf online once the result is declared on neet.nta.nic.in.
NTA will announce the NEET UG result in the form of a merit list and scorecard. The merit list will be available on the NTA NEET website while the scorecard can be checked only by those who have appeared for the exam by logging in with their credentials.

The NEET UG result 2025 has been declared today on the NEET NTA website. Candidates will be able to check their ranks, scorecard etc. through the result. Those who qualify the exam will be eligible to take admission into medical colleges and universities across India.

The NEET UG 2025 exam was held on May 4, 2025, in a single shift in pen and paper mode from 2 PM to 5 PM. This year, over 22.7 lakh students had registered for the exam, making it one of the biggest national-level entrance exams in the country. Students can now download the NTA NEET scorecard 2025 from NTA website.
NEET Result 2025: Overview
The NEET exam was conducted on 4th May across the country by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in offline mode. The result can be checked on neet.nta.nic.in using their roll numbers, date of birth and security pin. The following table gives the major highlights of the NEET UG result 2025.

NEET Result 2025 Release Date
The NEET result 2025 date has been released by the NTA. The exam result shall be declared on 14th June 2025. The following table has the important dates associated with it.

NEET Merit List 2025
NTA will release the NEET merit list according to the marks obtained by the candidates in the exam. The merit list will be published in order fo the marks obtained by the candidates in the exam and will be used at the time of NEET counselling.
The qualified candidate’s list will be forwarded to the Directorate General of Health Services for the allotment of seats available under 15% All India Quota. Later on, the NEET merit list will be arranged as per the category-wise on the basis of the category given at the time of applying for counselling. NTA will provide the merit list with central and state counselling authorities that will be used for admission.
The respective counselling authorities will then publish the merit lists that will have the NEET state rank. A final merit list will be prepared by the respective state counselling authorities.

How to check NEET Result 2025?
Candidates who appear for the NEET UG 2025 exam can download the NEET result online by visiting the NEET official website through the following method.
- Visit the NTA NEET official website which is neet.nta.nic.in
- Click on the “View NEET-UG 2025 -Result” tab that appears on the screen.
- On the NEET candidate login page, login with your roll number, Date of Birth, and the security pin asked.
- The NEET UG result 2025 will be displayed on the screen.
- Download the result and take its print out for future reference.

NEET 2025 Topper List
The NTA will publish the NEET topper list along with the NEET UG result 2025. The candidates who secure the highest marks will be placed in order of merit. We shall update the NEET UG topper list with their names, category, marks obtained and state here on Jagran Josh.
NEET Result 2025: Tie-Breaking Method for NEET Result
If two or more candidates score the same score in NEET result, then a tie breaking rule will be applied. Here is the tie breaking method to release NEET result 2025.
Option 1: An aspirant who scores higher marks in Biology will be preferred over other candidates.
Option 2: If the above criteria do not work, then aspirants who have scored higher in Chemistry will be given preference.
Option 3: Fewer negative marks: If the tie still persists, the candidate who has less number of incorrect answers in NEET exam will be given a higher order of merit compared to others.
Option 3: According to the latest NEET UG 2025 update, the method of breaking ties with the age factor was scrapped. However, it will be considered from the 2nd round of NEET Counselling.
