Eligibility Criteria for CEL Marketing Officer, Manager – Marketing & Other Posts:

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

• Manager (Marketing): B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 years post qualification experience in sales and marketing functions.
• Project Manager: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 years post qualification experience in implementing projects.
• Manager (Internal Audit & Taxation): Graduate along with ICWA/CA with minimum 8 Years post qualification experience in Internal Audit, Taxation and ERP Systems.
• Technical Manager (Materials Management): Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering along with MBA/PGDM/PGP in Materials Management or Supply Chain management and minimum 8 years post qualification experience, preferably in solar or electronics manufacturing industry.
• Personnel Officer: Graduate along with MBA/PGP/PGDM in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification and minimum 2 years post qualification experience in HR/IR functions.
• Welfare Officer: Graduate with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences/Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial relations and minimum 2 years post qualification experience in dealing with welfare (Statutory/Non-statutory) activities.
• Manager (IT): B.E/B.Tech/MCA degree in Computer Science Engineering with minimum 8 years post qualification experience in managing ERP.
• Manager (Public Relations/Protocol): Graduate along with Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism and 8 years post qualification experience in handling matters pertaining to Public Relations/Protocol functions.
• Marketing Officer: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years post qualification experience in sales and marketing functions.
• Officer (Materials Management): Graduate in Science/Commerce/Engineering with MBA/PGDM/PGP in Supply Chain Management or Materials Management and minimum 4 years post qualification experience.
• Graduate Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years post qualification experience in Electrical maintenance and repair of electrical equipments, machinery, control panels, furnaces, DG sets, etc.
• Officer (Finance & Accounts): Graduate in commerce and CA/ICWA with 2 years post qualification experience.

Age limit for CEL Marketing Officer, Manager – Marketing & Other Posts:

• Should not exceed 38 years for post no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 & 8.
• Should not exceed 30 years for post no.5, 6 & 9 to 12.
