Educational Qualification: Graduate with minimum two years Full time Post Graduate degree or Post Graduate diploma of two years duration from a recognized University/Institute in Community  Development/Rural development/Community Organization and Development Practice/ Urban and Rural Community development/ Rural and Tribal Development/ Development Management/Rural Management. (Or). Graduate with minimum two years Full time Post Graduate degree (from a recognized University / Institute) in Social work with specialization-Community development / Rural development / Community Organization and Development Practice/ Urban and Rural Community development/ Rural and Tribal development/ Development Management.

1. Asst. General Manager: Upto 50 years
2. Senior Manager: Upto 50 years
3. Manager: Upto 45 years
4. Dy. Manager: Upto 45 years
5. Asst. Manager: Upto 45 years
6. Junior Officer: Upto 35 years
